Every part of our design process is designed custom with your business in mind.

Through the use of our unique brand questionnaire, we will determine what makes your business unique. We will create three killer logo concepts for your business that truly allows you to stand out from your competition. We will define your brand colours, and align your fonts to. On completion we will happily hand over all of the files you will require, as well as a cohesively stunning Brand Style Guide, to assist you in communicating a consistent message to your audience.

  • No problem. We use Skype as 80% of our communication with clients and only 20% in person. Everything we do can be done online – meetings, draft emails, file sharing, amendment comments, time tracking, you name it! We work with clients all over the globe and are happy to Skype (or Zoom) early in the morning or late at night depending on your requirements.

WEEK ONE

BRAND QUESTIONNAIRE

The brand questionnaire is an imperative first step we take when we begin a project. In order for a brand to resonate with consumers, it must have a well-defined, intentionally constructed brand identity. Without the proper resources allocated towards developing a brand identity, businesses risk consumers not knowing who they are, what they stand for, or what products or services they sell. Enter the brand questionnaire, our primary tool in getting you started on the right track.

 

WEEK THREE

MOOD BOARD DESIGN

In laying the foundation in the design process, mood boards are crucial a crucial factor for success. Mood boards are a tried and tested timesaving creative device. They give a clear idea of the visual style, the image structure and also the colour spectrum. Well-elaborated mood boards serve as translators of thoughts and emotions so that a visual consistent collage of pictures is the result. They can serve many purposes, starting with organizing the inspiration around a project. They can be a valuable resource throughout the design project, to help keep the style and aesthetic consistent and on track with a client’s goals and expectations.

 

WEEK FIVE

BRAND GUIDELINES

Once the final design has been chosen, you will receive a brand book. Brand guidelines define how the elements that make up your brand are used. It fundamentally determines how your business communicates with your audience. Your brand guidelines are composed of rules on how to use your brand’s visual elements. These rules will include when to use a logo versus a wordmark, how to space the logo, and the hierarchy of color and typography. Building a recognizable brand can take a lot of time but your brand can quickly be distinguishable by adhering to your brand guidelines.

WEEK TWO

RESEARCH

Research is a mandatory segment of our design process. Who is the target market? Who are the competitors? What is the industry like as a whole? Our research and development are extraordinarily time-consuming but extremely beneficial, there would be nothing worse than designing a new logo for a company only to discover it’s too similar to a competitor or creating a campaign and then finding out at the last moment that the style doesn’t suit the market. This is why the research process is vital to the design process.

 

WEEK FOUR

BRAINSTORMING

Now that we have the brand strategy defined, we'll begin brainstorming, sketching and conceptualising. Brainstorming is the quickest and most efficient way to collect ideas. Brainstorming offers the opportunity for purposeful creative thinking by giving you the motivation to break out of traditional mindset allowing you to align with your creative edge, bringing the clients vision to life.

 

WEEK SIX

FILE DELIVERY & ADD ON’S

The process is now complete and you we are ready to send you the files. YIPEE! We love delivering jaw dropping sleek designs that make you really excited enough that you just cannot wait to share it with the world. Along with your brand guidelines, you will receive all of the file extensions you need to work with design successfully. Some of these include jpeg, eps, pdf, and png. All the colour variants for the logo will be delivered including full colour, black, and white, and any Pantone colours used. The logo will be delivered in variable sizes, ensuring that you are all set to move forward.
